This is a family directed company governed by a father and son team, with some definite help from mother and other son. Its funny how apiculture is so often a family exercise. Tim Jackson has been keeping bees commercially for years and due to this knowledge and a basic interest in all things God created, passed this knowledge onto his youngest son Crispin. It all started very innocently as a hobby to learn about this fantastic insect and to supplement a struggling family income. Small beginnings were nourished by interest to grow into a fully commercial operation, in time.

With this hive and knowledge, we have developed a particular interest in Rural Apicultural Development and the simplification of all things apicultural. We deliberately challenged old ideas, created new thoughts and had some fantastic arguments. Because we keep bees ourselves and are constantly challenged by new ideas and ways to improve Rupert's Honey and its products are very dynamic in the way they are upgraded, modified, changed, adapted and generally improved. Rupert's Honey is always striving to improve management practices, equipment design and production techniques. We have improved a number of products in recent times so please have a careful look at some of the new additions.
